Bug City

Bug City was a living collage composed of food scraps (compost material), intricate architectural cutouts, and the many organisms who processed this material to create compost. The project culminated in the planting of a garden within the collage. This garden was harvested and a salad made for the audience in a performance incorporating a six-channel video installation documenting the life cycle of the collage during the Lost Wilds Symposium, Berkeley, CA, April 2025.
